Prez please intervene, we might lose him - Rev. Owusu Ansah on Kwaw Kese

“I am not with the sin...but I am with the sinner who is already going through a lot in his life after the death of his manager, Fennec Okyere. Mr. President, please intervene and forgive Kwaw Kese.” hese were the words of Reverend Owusu Ansah when he appealed to the father of the land.

The Head of Religious Broadcast at Multimedia Group Limited and renowned preacher, Rev. Gabriel Yaw Owusu Ansah has noted that the behaviour by the controversial hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese must not be justified but he prays he will be forgiven and set free.

Kwaw Kese affectionately called “Abodam” [Madness] in entertainment circles was arrested by police in Kumasi on Saturday, November 22 for allegedly smoking cannabis in public.

The court remanded him at the Kumasi Central Prison to reappear on Monday, December 8 after prosecutors argued that they were still investigating the matter.

Peacefmonline.com entertainment reporter, Eugene Osafo-Nkansah who was at the court said the Judge refused to grant Kwaw Kese aka “King of the Street” bail on the grounds that the use of narcotics is a non-bailable offence whiles the result of a test on the substance he was allegedly smoking before his arrest is not ready for court inspection.
