Fan Who Insulted Shatta Wale Deserves More Insults Than He Got – Bulldog

Manager of popular Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale has defended insults rained on a fan by the hiplife artiste after he was criticized.

Last week, Shata Wale lashed out at a fan on social media platform, Instagram after he asked him (Shata Wale) to ‘go get a BET award’ when he posted a photograph of his brand new Range Rover.

In response, the artist of the year wrote among others “Kwasia, is that what will take me to your mother’s funeral’”.

But speaking on Hitz FM’s Entertainment this Week with MzGee, Bulldog said,

“the fact that people sit in their homes and insult the president and public people and they’ve chosen not to talk about it does not mean it is the right way to go. ”

If I have posted on my Facebook wall or Instagram, it is my personal stuff going out publicly. If you have an issue with me, don’t come and tell me that. It is disrespectful. So once you show disrespect, I have every right to reply. And I am human don’t forget that. Why do you think it’s wrong for him to reply? I think he was very gentle at the time. He should have said worse things to the guy. His reply of Kwasia (stupid) was too low”.

He expressed concern about the continuous show of disrespect for public figures adding that he chooses to ignore insulting comments made by people out of courtesy but he has every right to respond to them.
