Television icon, music and talent competition judge, Simon Cowell
has rated the second Group G match between Germany and Ghana in
Fortaleza Saturday night as the best of the 2014 World Cup so far.
The cliffhanger between Germany and Ghana ended 2-2. The thrilling
encounter witnessed goals from Dede Ayew and Asamoah Gyan for Ghana
while Gotze and Miroslav Klose found the back of the net for Germany.
Commenting on the match on micro blogging site, Twitter on Sunday,
Simon, who is not known to comment on football matches said the game is
the best so far.
He said: "I thought the Germany Ghana game was the best so far in the World Cup".
Simon Cowell is known in the United Kingdom and United States for
his role as a talent judge on Pop Idol, The X Factor, Britain's Got
Talent and American Idol.
He is also the owner of the television production and music publishing house Syco.
