Ghana's King of Comedy, Dominic
Kofi Bonfe, popularly known as DKB, whose impressive performance at the
recently held Night of 1018 Laughs and Music made headlines across the
country is currently in the Western Regional capital Sekondi-Takoradi
busily preparing for his next show.
DKB will perform alongside a host of other young Ghanaian comedians including James Brown and Foster at the plush Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi on Friday, 12 September, in a show dubbed the Corporate Comedy Series.

Speaking on Takoradi-based Melody FM, the 2012 Ghana representative to Big Brother Africa called on residents of the Oil City to troop to the venue on time to avoid missing out on anything that is will be on offer. He also called on the public to patronize local comedy shows as a way to support to new talents.
David Oscar, originator and co-founder of the event said the Takoradi show will be the seventh in the series of road shows that have been organized across the country since 2011. He therefore called on corporate organisations to support efforts to put Ghanaian comedy on the map.
