Maame Serwaa ‘Clocks’ 15


Kumawood actress, Maame Serwaa, known in private life as Clara Amoateng Benson, last weekend celebrated her 15th Birthday, with a call on the youth to desist from drug abuse and teenage pregnancy.

Maame Serwaa, who just graduated from Junior High School, was surprised to see the overwhelming support from family and friends at her party, which took place at the plush Aphrodisiac Night Club in Kumasi.

The actress expressed her gratitude to God, her parents movie directors, producers and friends for supporting her this far.

She acknowledged the role of her fans in her life, and admitted that her career wouldn’t have come this far, if her fans had rejected what she does.

The Kumasi-based actress advised her colleague youths to do away with practices like drug abuse and teenage pregnancy which can disrupt their bright future.

Awal of Talented Kids fame and Catoon, who was featured on Guru’s recent hit “Mede me nsa awo bonsam ani” treated the gathering to good music.


Maame Serwaa has acted in countless movies since her appearance on the screens, and had featured along the likes of Emelia Brobbey, Christiana Awuni, Kwaku Maanu, Agya Koo, Lil Wayne, Salinko and many others.

In attendance at the party were Christiana Awuni, Tonardo of Efia Schwarzenegger fame, Salinko, Dabo, Catoon, producers, directors among other entertainment pundits.
